As it's such a large file, it's not unheard of for extraction to stop at some point. I'd leave it to extract overnight to ensure everything is extracted without any issues.

Have you downloaded all the update packs? How many images do you have in your faces folder? You should have over 250,000 in there.

The UID in the editor won't necessarily be the one in-game as it's variable and depends on the combination of editor data files you have in place.
To get the correct UID, find the club's UID in your save game by ticking the "show IDs...

This is the entire Olympiakos squad. If they're not in your save game, it means that the database size and/or combination of leagues loaded is not large enough to capture them all.

Remove the dbc/permanent folders in your PC and put the ones from this download instead. Your dbc/permanent folders shouldn't have any other files in there other than what is in the screenshot.
Not sure this is the correct thread for this, but I believe that nations are less inclined in FM20 to hire a manager who has or wants to retain a club job, to better reflect real-life.
