Inspired by @pereiraagb's proposed changes above, try placing this file in the lnc folder and see if it works.
I'm stumped tbh. And all the changes in the other files work as intended, right?
All seems fine in the respective file. Can I see your editor data folder? Full path, if you'd be so kind.
Do remember to quote my original message next time, so that I get a notification like you just did 😉 Given how fast the forum moves, I might easily miss your comment if you don't…
@Maxi Rojas Álvarez, this is an ideal source to cut. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for each element. I would recommend using rem...
@danielpintoseabra, I'm afraid this is not as sharp as we'd like it and has a fair bit of snow. This thread contains guidelines for what we're looking for in our cuts in terms of dimensions, snow, collars, face orientation etc. and video tutorials for eac...
You're doing some great work @Geeor, but try and crop images closer to the chin, nudging the collar upwards if need be. The ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Sin...
@justformodpack This isn't a bad cutout, but you should take care to avoid the shoulders being cut off before the edge of the canvas (below is another example, showing the gaps between where the shoulders are cut off and the edge of the canvas). All...
@Luca900, look harder for bigger and better images, not just the first one you find.
Unless you @ me or another staff member, messages like this may well never get seen, given how fast the forum moves, so please make sure to do so in the future 👍
Have those files been updated to work with 24.3, or are they still the files released originally? They won't work with 24.3, if the latter is the case.
Files have to be directly in the editor data folder, and not in a sub-folder, as seems to be the case in your screenshot.
Not large enough, and I'm sure larger images are available of him anyway.
@phucp174, this is much too small. We can't keep repeating the same thing to you so often; use a bit of common sense.
No collar, cropped too far from the top of the head and there's a black line on the top edge of the canvas.
Why have you uploaded 2 cuts for the same person @RakanFM? Is either of them wrongly-assigned perchance?
Upload multiple images as a pack @RakanFM, and save the both of us some time…
@Razor940, please avoid using image-enlarging or image-enhancing software. Using an AI image enlarger just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unr...
@Razor940, this is what we aim for in case where the person has a lot of hair.
Aim to have images in the centre of the canvas @justformodpack, and in cases where the face has a green tinge, use this technique to remove as much of it as you can so that you get a more natural look:
Thanks for those @RoCCo_42. I've added all of those (and removed those 2 too), but, while I appreciate the hard work involved in gathering them, it's not really the point of this fix just to have short club names to include F.K. instead of FK. Apart from...
@justformodpack, again, please brighten images like this because they look much better in-game that way. I don't need to keep repeating myself, mate…
Be patient, then. If you think any of them merit cutting, then collect them and upload them on the forum, don't just expect someone to do all the work for you.
@Maxi Rojas Álvarez, can we have the original source image without the background removed? This one has a lot of artifacts and loose pixels and it's easier to cut it from scratch. Also, if you have multiple images to upload, please do so as a pack in...
@Cipier, great work 👏 For sources like this with a green tinge on the face, here's a video on how you can easily give it a more natural look. Brightening it and adding a tad more saturation will also help 😉
Include as much of the head in the canvas as possible (though not necessarily the wispiest strands). In these cases, and in these cases only, it is acceptable to leave an empty space above the head and more of the neck showing than usual, with the face st...
All sorted for the next version 👍
@Genny Lanzetta, please read the guidelines before uploading any more images to understand why this isn't an improvement and therefore not worth cutting.
Neither are large or good enough @Genny Lanzetta
This was cut quite recently, and doesn't need to be done again.
a) Upload the image on the correct person's timelineb) If there's something important like this which needs attention, it's best if you @ me so that I can take the necessary action, because the forum moves too quickly and comments like this might well get...
@Aldo Zhang, please do not crop and remove the background for an image you're requesting next time, and just upload the original photo. Secondly, look harder for bigger and better images not just the first one you find. This was the third photo found...
@Razor940 Good cut, but please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck...
Do try and brighten images like this a tad @justformodpack, because they look so much better in-game
Please provide the original source image, this has got too much snow to be worth cleaning and it's better to cut it from scratch @Aldo Zhang
Too small.
@PS39, the folder in the last screenshot is the user data folder, i.e. that related to steps 4-5 of the installation of this file. The installation folder for the game is elsewhere. Since I'm on a PC and using Steam, I'm afraid I have no idea where t...
Current cut is very recent and of a good quality.
@Juancho07, this cut, again, is not centred and is cropped too far above the head. I have spoken to you about this several times and given you 2 warnings, so if you don't reply to this message, I'll take it that you have no interested in following our gui...
Lovely work 👏
The source image is sharp and large enough to allow a cut cropped closer to the chin and with more crispness.
Image is being quite sharp enough to be considered on the current cut, which is essentially identical in terms of looks.
@Geeor, please crop closer to the chin, any more than 2-3 pixels beneath it is unnecessary. Also, in cases where the source is small or of low quality, it's better if the eventual cut is in 180x180 isntead of 250x250…
Going by your download history, I see what's happened. You've downloaded the base pack, then the most recent update pack only. You should now download update packs 2024.01 - 2024.06, and apply them all chronologically. You should overwrite files when...
@superawr, for future reference, when you have a lot of images to upload, then you should upload them as a pack instead of individually and save the both of us some time. You can also upload up to 50 images per pack instead of just a maximum of 6 when done...
Much too small to be worth cutting.
Not bad, but not really any better than the current cut.
A blank space means there is a config file pointing to an image which isn't that folder. This usually happens when someone installs an update pack in a separate folder to the megapack base folder, or the megapack isn't fully installed. Can I have screensh...
@gtzcjgbf8, please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At the same time, the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual,...
@Juancho07, my patience has a limit. Keep ignoring me and I'll ban your account and reject all your cuts. If you want to post images here, you need to follow the guidelines. Please remember that we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. At...
