I've downloaded the Serie D custom database and am trying to add a club I created in the editor into it. Whenever I try and load both databases Italy is not available in the game set up screen. Any suggestions are appreciated!

I can't get the skin to update to 1.4 even after extracting the update to the folder and reloading skin, any ideas?
