I've downloaded update packs but once loaded a lot of faces have disappeared and some that used to have a silhouette no longer even have a silhouette, very strange. Any tips on how to fix?

I sorted it by plugging it into the router direct.
Same here, turns out there's no XML files in any of the other downloads, good work guys
