I love it, pisses over 13 imo.

Been playing UT a bit this week (first time in any FIFA i've really bothered), trying to get a Brazilian squad together. Currently its -

Rafael----------Nando-----Felipe Santana----------Alex Sandro

Alan----------Fernandinho-----Kaka----------Osvaldo

Fred-----Dagoberto

And on the bench i have Diego Tardelli, Jadson and Paulao.

I've loved this game every year, usually when changes are made you get loads of people moaning but I've usually liked the changes. When they revamped the defending system I thought it was a massive improvement for example.

But, I'm finding it very hard to enjoy this version. If PES wasn't so bad I'd give that a go.

Finesse shots, crossing, heading, lobbed long balls, player movement etc all supposed to be sorted

You may have noticed that the second title update for FIFA 14 is currently live on PC. Please note that the update is scheduled to come to consoles over the next week. We'll share more news as it becomes available and timings are confirmed.

The FIFA 14 update addresses issues that FIFA fans have brought to our attention with important and appreciated feedback, including the following:

• Balancing lofted through balls.
• Balancing attacking headers.
• Balancing finesse shots.
• Improved defender switching during crosses.
• Freezes while making substitutions during gameplay.
• Freezes while entering and exiting Leaderboards.
• Improvements made to Dynamic Camera.
• Corrected crowd sections in Signal Iduna Park.
• Corrected “Any” and “GK” filters in Pro Clubs.
• We've responded to the community and upgraded FIFA 14 cover star Stephan El Shaarawy to 4* Skills in Online Seasons, Head to Head, and Career Mode using EA SPORTS Football Club Match Day. Since the FIFA 14 Ultimate Team ratings and database are separate from the Match Day Update, he will be assessed and potentially upgraded in FUT at a later date.

We've located some of the issues causing freezing throughout the game, but not all of them. Please continue to let us know about specific instances on the EA forums as your feedback has helped immensely. There are a small percentage of remaining crashing/freezing instances and the team will continue to investigate and address them as needed. Thanks for your patience during this time.

Can anyone tell me why S. Cazorla, M. Arteta and N. Monreal are labelled as "Santi Cazorla", "Mikel Arteta" and "Monreal" in the game?

It's been bugging me for a while now and there are other examples but I notice these particularly as I play as Arsenal a lot. Nacho Monreal just doesn't have a first name, apparently, whereas Santi and Mikel are apparently part of the former pair's surnames. Anyone know why EA do this with some players?

Hate the patch. Feels way too much like FIFA 13. If this was the way the game was release, people would be raging: "IT'S JUST FIFA 13 WITH A DATA UPDATE!!!!!!!"

Players are sluggish when receiving the ball, the ball takes ages to get down on the floor once a player has taken a touch and they have the turning of a jumbo jet. Skill moves are vastly improved on the latest patch which makes dribbling that bit faster, but not much.

Been playing FIFA 14 a bit recently and this has been one of the biggest annoyances, particularly when defending.

Nothing worse than having a defender there to cover a through ball of some sort only for your defender to just stop during switching players and leaving the attacker clean through.
