This pack is only for hair or also for faces ?

I have this pack instaled but the faces simply are missing

You're the same who posted at SI forums, I guess.

Yes - these are additional hairs for the FaceGen faces that are default to the game. You need to ensure you have "show pictures of generated players and staff" ticked in your preferences for this to work.

I wonder if there are patterns as I get back without shirts faces because I downloaded (OLT Default Replacements) and now I want the patterns shirtless faces, as I know there is restore? Thank you.

You should have backed up the original hairs before installing the Default Replacements, as per instructions. The only other way you can get the SI defaults back would be to re-install the game.

I think perhaps verifying the integrity of the game cache through Steam will also re download the original files.

Absolutely fabulous pack. One thing bothers me though.. (Especially) When managing northern/central european team almost every other regen has a massive beard at the age of 14. Is there anyway to get rid of this "problem"? Should i just delete few of the bearded files from the pack?

Don't delete the images, as that will just give you "false balds" instead. If you feel there are too many bearded ones, just replace the images with ones that you like.

I personally like the bearded ones, as I'd rather have a few teens with big beards, than a whole world of babyfaced adults

Really, the beards are there for when the players reach a mature age. And, they'll only be teens for a few years in game - most of their careers they'll be adult.

Just go to your Steam directory in Mac and find your FM installation. Inside there you'll find the directory containing facegen. Just install there in the same way as described in the opening post here.

If you didn't install through Steam, just find your FM install.

Sorry, don't have a mac, so I don't know the path.

I believe the changing of hairstyles during gameplay is actually a bug, and it does still happen occasionally even when installing this pack.

Great mod. Is it possible to replace a specific regen face with a real picture after this mod has been installed, If so how? I've looked around and tried various ways but all I get is a four headed corrupted looking image when trying to do it after installing this mod. I'm trying to edit the regen face by it's ID through a config.xml "<record from="inserthere" to="graphics/pictures/person/inserthere/portrait"/>"

I haven't fiddled around with what you're trying to do, but I very much doubt it will work. Seeing as the generated players face changes depending on his mood... sour face when unhappy, big grin when happy... a static image can't do that.

This looks so great but unfortunately, I can't find the "data" folder anywhere! I have no idea where my facegen is located.

I'm on a Mac so that could be the problem but it would be really cool if anyone figured what the problem was, I see others have trouble installing this seemingly beautiful add-on on Macs as well.

The data folder is in your INSTALL directory for the game. From there on you need to place this pack in the data/facegen/hair folder. If you can locate where your FM is installed on your computer you'll find the data folder easily.

If you've installed through steam, the FM install will be found within the Steam directory steamapps/common.

Make sure you have ticked the "Show pictures of generated players (and staff)" option. Then reload the skin. That's the only thing I can think of if they've got silhouette pictures.

If not - ensure you have the config.xml file next to the folders as show in the picture above (install instructions).

Please upload this ORIGINAL config.xml file too. I have accidentally lost it.

Verify cache through Steam should restore the originals.

You could also download the OLT Default Replacements file, and just use that config file as that is the original (don't copy the hairs if you only want the original .xml)
