I did, but that didn't work.
I managed to put the graphics in a different folder after moving some bits about, it worked. Thanks.

Place them in Documents / Sports Interactive / Football Manager 2015 / graphics (the last folder may need to be created). Anything placed in there will be read by the game, but you want to create further sub-folder named kits and place it in there to avoid confusion.
Make sure your in-game preferences are as per the below screenshot:

when you fixed , clear cache, reload skin THEN start a game (not currect game)

why u add 3rd kit in editor..did you know i did for SSKCC for all leageus to fixed 3rd kits, some kits not showing.

i think its never working for 4th/Alt.....thats you choose to replace kit from Alt to home or away or third tho.

Have a question that i hope someone know little more about than me
I have got 3 fantasy kits for Blyth, but Blyth have only 2 official kits in the game. When i try to replace them only the home kit and the away kit comes
through. Should it be possible to get the 3 kit working ?

you need Editor 2015...add 3rd kit for Blyth with ID numbers, then save as then clear cache, reload skin and start a game!

When i put my new fantasy kit can i just replace this kit with the one you have made in the kit packs you make ?

And what about 3D, at the moment there is no 3d kits for the Evo-Stik northern premier league
Can i just make a config file using this fmxml_1 program and everything will be sorted ? Or to I have to do something else also

At what parts of the game do these new kits get shown? Is it just on the club information page or actually during the game on the pitch too?
I'm trying to work out if it's worth my time downloading as internet speeds here are slower than slow.
Also, if somebody answers on above, what are the differences between standard kits and the other two options?

I think i made it work myself, I don't know how but it seems to work
I looked how you had done it in your config file and copied it and made the ID number as you say.
Its working for now, so hopefully it will stay like that
