It's not a bad cut @StuartNG, but please remember to crop it much closer to the top of the head; anything more than 2-3 pixels isn't really necessary. When the head is tilted to one side in a source, it looks much better in-game if it's rotated before being cropped so that it's more upright. Plus I'm not sure why you've removed the highlighted bit of hair at the top. I've requested the original source in case somebody wants to give it another go 👍
