FM18 Dynamics - Lost dressing room

Hello!

I'm currently playing as Esbjerg in the 2nd division in Denmark in my first FM18 save. My reputation isnt really great, but were 1st with 6 points down to number two and playing really well. Yet I still have a board that is nervous because they think I lost the dressing room. My players even wanted a meeting because they thought so as well.

Is there anything I can do to better this? Its really annoying because theyre playing well and they all have great morale.

Are you taking the team talks or assistant manager? If you don't select the correct team talk you can lose the dressing room.

Hi Cymro!

I'm taking all my teamtalks and usually they go really well. I praise them when we win (which is almost always. (13 games and 11 wins, 1 draw and 1 loss).

They usually react really well and delighted which is why I dont understand why im losing the dressing room.

Could be an issue with the BETA game, might be worth reporting it on the official forums.

This kind of thing happening was a concern of mine when they announced it in the preview trailer. Player sensitivity levels were too sensitive in FM 17 and if they continued along the same path for FM 18 with the added importance of squad dynamics, one slightly poorly worded answer or action could lead to all your hard work coming undone.
