@fumuj, if you have to increase the size of the source image to get to 250x250, it's probably a better idea to do the cut at 180x180. Just for future reference

Hello @mons

In my opinion, it depends on the initial source but also (and especially) the sensitivity of the cutter.

For me this cup is not bad in 250x250, but for you it's better in 180x180
The grain of this source is (whatever the format) of poor quality

With both formats, there will be many debates because it's subjective

However, i'me ok to pass it in 180x180
I let you moderate

Thank you

Oh, I completely agree with you that the size will be subjective and the cut isn't bad at all

However, it all depends on the source. When you increase the dimensions of an image or a cut, it is inevitable that its quality will diminish as it will get less sharp, more blurry and the hair details will lose focus. That is why I suggest that the only sources to be cut in 250x250 are the ones where the face is already larger than those dimensions. If it is smaller than that, I would suggest having the cut in 180x180.

Of course, at the end the cutter will decide what size he wants to produce his cut in, and that's his right - but I believe this method will allow us to maintain the high megapack standards we have always had
