Fuck off - that's clearly not the point I was trying to make. Idiot.

lmao, unnecessary anger. I don't see how what he said was wrong? You're having a go at Ninja for having a negative opinion on a player but I'm sure you've done the same before, everyone has.
tmatthew
So you have no actual argument besides an insult? Good one.
You said exactly that. Professional scouts know more than anyone so it's ridiculous to question them.

I clearly wasn't trying to say that people can't offer an opinion because they're not paid to do so, and of course I'm not saying that it's ridiculous to question their decisions. However, Ninja began speaking in complete absolutes - saying he'll never amount to anything in his career, that the transfer was 'pointless', that him falling over would most likely be the most memorable thing about him - based on little evidence. Obviously if we're talking about a player who plays a lot of first team football in this country or is a prominent figure abroad, then most fans will have seen them play enough times to make some sort of judgement. How much has anyone seen of Fryers, aside from some reserve games for United and a handful of appearances in the Belgian league - if that?
What I getting at was that if Spurs are spending £3m on his services, they've obviously seen some potential there that is difficult to spot otherwise because nobody's bloody seen him play. There's no need to chastise me for speaking common sense and saying there might be some logic in the signing, as opposed to Ninja's complete dismissal of Fryers as a player despite having barely seen him play.
You know full well I wasn't trying to say that all scouts know more than the average fan and/ or that fans shouldn't question their decisions, but felt the need to bring that up without any proper discussion whatsoever. I reacted angrily because I get the impression you knew that full well but fancied calling me out on something based on an interpretation of something I said which I clearly didn't mean to come across like that.

The original point was trying to get you to be more specific, considering your argument can be used in practically every single transfer that takes place.
Believe it or not a lot of United fans follow the team very closely, there are blogs and things that specifically look at the reserve/youth team. So it's possible that Ninja isn't basing his opinion on Fryers on two games or however many he played, but also on things he's read from people who have followed Fryers 'career' closely. You don't have a clue how much or little he knows about him before you came in throwing insults about.
So yeah, my original comment was partly out of annoyance that you branded Ninja/people agree with him arrogant, bitter and uninformed. Pretty unnecessary and incorrect.

Remember watching the game, was absolutely amazing!!

I remember I kept going downstairs to update people on the score, so many trips fucking hell.
And I remember a few weeks later we had Milan in the semi final, Rooney's last minute goal.

I'm gonna say:
De Gea
Rafael Ferdinand Vidic Evra
Carrick Cleverley / Fletcher
Valencia Rooney / Cleverley Young
Van Persie
I've put Cleverley in twice cause although Fergie has said Rooney won't be fit i think that he could be playing a sneaky one with that and that he may just start.
Also i think it will be a close game: United 2 Liverpool 1

3-1 I reckon.
But we'll lose, now, obviously.

Thought we did fine, tbh.
Liverpool didn't trouble us until about the 75th minute apart from when we gave them the ball in stupid positions (e.g. Cleverley to Gerrard) the substitution of Jones pretty much indicated our mentality was 'go on have the ball, see if you can break us down' and we still came closer to scoring in that period than they did despite their possession.

Welbeck did well, but he wasn't MOTM for me.
