One small thing - there's no reason why you should leave such a big gap between (a) the top of the head and the top of the cut and (b) the bottom of the chin and the bottom of the cut. 2-3 pixels is enough in both cases. The reason is that doing so allows the face to be the absolute main focus of the cut
