Also, I don't know if it's because of the source, but avoid having shoulders cut off in the middle of a cut, it just doesn't look natural. Use clone stamp to "extend" them, if need be
Finally, before starting to crop the source image, in cases like this one it'd be better if you rotated it so it'd be more straight. In this source, 4-5 degrees clockwise would have been ideal.
