Problem with Live Transfer Update

I have a problem with the FM19 update, it does not recognize my changes to CA i PA.
For example, Abraham still has 138 PA instead of 160.
I tried all day yesterday and nothing worked. Transfers are ok, new coaches are ok, teams in leagues are also good, only PA won't accept.

What is the problem?
(I downloaded version 4.1.2020.)
