It's a known issue with FM26 - read this. We're assuming this issue will get resolved in upcoming official patches/updates.
The new players were added before FM26 was released and didn't have the right UID yet. We've started the process of mapping them to the correct person's UID.
When you have a blank space instead of a cut-out, it means there is a config file pointing to a folder in which an image with that UID is not present. This generally happens when an update pack is installed in a separate folder and not part of the overall faces folder, or there is a rogue config file somewhere. It could also be that you have somehow not downloaded the full megapack but only part of it. Search within the graphics folder for the UID of this person, and you will probably find the secondary image. Delete that folder, and it should be fine.

In line with guidance on the official SI forums, At present, FM26 cannot handle multiple files with the same name. For example, if you have two files with the name "kit.png", it will not load both. and Player Faces: These work fine. You do not need the icon files anymore, and they can cause issues with the note above. Delete them.
As a result, the iconfaces are no longer available for download because they're not needed. You should also delete the iconfaces folder manually from your system too 👍

You need to change your user data location. Simple steps on how to do so can be found here.

The torrent file includes the base megapack uploaded just before that year’s FM version is released. Any and all subsequent update packs are to be downloaded separately.
For those who have never used torrents, in the vast majority of cases, it's just a question of downloading the client program (a small file, less than 1MB) and then downloading the megapack torrent file (a tiny file, around 20k) and then letting the program do the job.

Please report this so that they can be reuploaded. Since the files are hosted outside our pages, there isn't much we can do about this unfortunately. You could try downloading the pack via torrent and get it this way.
Extracting the file will take a while, but it shouldn't take the hours and hours that the program extracting will sometimes say it will. To speed it up, it is recommended that you have as few programs running as possible so that the system can dedicate as many resources to the extraction as it possibly can.

You might have a poor internet connection or your browser might have some extensions which interrupt this download. Having loads of downloads ongoing and/or streaming may also de-prioritise this download.

Down the years, after an update pack was released, it was noted that some images included therein where of the wrong person, with a wrong extension or duplicated. Due to the way the download system is structured, these cannot be removed from the download, so there may well be a couple of hundred images’ worth of difference, depending on the version you download.
Our megapack covers 25,000 teams and it's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since players and staff get transferred or sacked or retire etc and recreating and reuploading 25,000 different smaller packs would be an impossible task. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.
These persons do not appear in the default database for licensing reasons. This means that they only appear in your save-game because they were added via a custom file, generally the real name fix file. However, this means that their UID (which is what is used to map a person's image to the right individual) is different, and so the game cannot assign the image to them from your existing facepack.
To get them to show, you should individually download any previously available cut-out faces from here (or use the UID to find them in your existing facepack if you don't use the cut-out megapack), put them in a separate folder to your existing facepack and create a config file just for them using the method outlined in here (which works for all facepack styles, not just the cut-out megapack).

It's a licensing issue. Download this file (or the equivalent for your version of FM) to resolve it.

Re 3 and 4, I don't believe I can explain it any clearer. You have a lot of images in one folder, and separate update packs as sub-folders within it. That is not how it should be. You should have one folder, and one folder only, with all the images in it and one config.xml.

It doesn't make a difference what is the folder name as long as it's in the graphics folder.
I'm not at home so I can't take screenshots of my own folder but I can't explain it any simpler than this: Whatever you name the folder, in it you should have one folder, and one folder only, with all the images in it plus one config.xml.

Essentially, yes, that's how it should look like.
There's a number of possibilities as to why they don't display yet. Is the config file the final one for whichever facepack you're using? Do you have any other player faces elsewhere within your graphics folder?

Is there anyway of downloading individual club faces? That way I can just sort the relevant players in my squad and avoid the 18 hour extraction.

Use the FM database search tool available (from the menu on the right) to search for the team or teams that you want and then download each player and staff members cut out individually. You then need to create a tailor made config file so the game can recognise the cutout that you have downloaded.
One reason why the downloaded file may be taking so long to extract is that you may be running a lot of applications alongside it.

If you've downloaded the complete 12.11 pack, then you should have over 262,000 images in your faces folder and you should be all set. You don't need to download anything else for now
If that doesn't answer your question, then please tell me exactly how many cuts you have in your faces folder, and some screenshots of where you placed them

If you're a premium user, then those are the quickest servers we've got. Perhaps try using Chrome in Incognito mode may help.
What speeds are you getting? I have a terrible internet connection and I'm still getting around 1MB/s which'd take me around 3-4 hours, so I suspect the issue is somehow at your end rather than pertaining to the servers.

So again, I ask you, which version of the megapack did you download? There's a reason why I'm asking these particular questions because they will hopefully help me resolve your issue more quickly

The torrent file is for the 12.0 base megapack. If you want to be fully up-to-date, you'll have to download the 12.01 update pack and all subsequent update packs.
Alternatively, you're a premium member so you can have a one-click download for the full latest version of the megapack, which is version 12.11
