I assumed that the email in the paypal account was the same as the sortioutsi account. Turns out I do have another account and the premium subscription is in that other account!
So problem solved! Thanks!

Yeah this usually happens because you accidentally have two accounts. If you visit the shop page at the bottom there's an option to search your paypal email address and find any accounts associated with it: https://sortitoutsi.net/shop

I can't see any orders associated with your account, this normally happens because you accidentally have two accounts, can you use this search to search for your order in another account

The payment options in Paypal did not work, only could do trough bank or mastercard. But it did not work

payment is only paypal as far as I know, @Footygamer has said before thats the only option
and as per the opening post of this thread you need to tag him into your post if getting issues

I think sometimes Paypal shows some messages telling you need a backup credit card or bank account on your account and this confuses people. It's a case of Paypal not being very clear on their end and nothing we can do anything about unfortunately.

There's a small period between when you pay for your premium membership and when the payment is approved and your premium membership is activated. As your profile was only created 33 minutes ago, I suspect you are in this period right now. Check the site a bit later on today and you should be fine.

I've also an issue with my premium account.
It always says “No orders found. Make sure to use the email address you use with paypal.”
I checked the e-mail adress, but its the same that i've payed and registered.
Paypal also says the transaction is done.

you need to tag @Footygamer into your posts as the opening post states mate otherwise it can get missed by him
FYI its done now but there is a bug on the forums with tagging not working currently so just bear with us he will be in touch in due course

@Footygamer I set up a premium account and am just making sure I have everything ready to link to my account I have my purchase receipt from Paypal and just waiting on the premium tag on my account I believe, I don't know how long it takes to get it verified but I'm eager to reap the benefits.
