I’m looking for a bit of advice. Does anyone know why the add nation rules is greyed out? I’ve already changed some nation rules for a league I’ve created but I want to create another league and obviously I can’t because I can’t click on rules. any advice welcome

I'm not sure if I've understood you correctly, but you can only edit one nation per file. If you want to edit another nation, you'll have to do it in another editor data file.
