The guidelines say the getty images watermark should be cropped away, but what is actually the best way to do this? And for other sources, what would be considered an acceptable original size of the image if you want to upscale to 1920x1080? Most newspapers post pictures of around 1200/1300x900 and I think upsized it still looks okay mos times, but don't know if it will be accepted here

There are several free online tools to remove watermarks from pictures. Just use google and search for “remove watermark” and find one that works for you. You can also use photoshop… search on how to remove watermark with photoshop and you will find several videos. Well it is hard to say… In most cases we accept almost anything close to the guidelines if no pictures exists in the pack already (most important thing is that proportions are kept when up or down scaling). If there are a picture already in the pack we usually only accept submissions that are of equal or higher quality. Hope that makes sense.

I've downloaded the backgrounds megapack and can see that one is showing in my game, but I can't see how to select a specific background in game?  Am i missing something obvious?  Thanks.

I have one more question. So the city's backgrounds are showing as a background for a whole page, is there a way to keep it in the club page in the middle square of the Vince skin? I've attached a picture for reference.  I just want the city picture in the highlighted middle part with a default skin background.

I believe that if you push the little red button in the top right corner you can choose different settings for backgrounds in your skin 👍 

Hi, thanks for thread. I currently live at Pinxton (tier 8 I think, I've got Pinxton FC ID 10065338 but Although I have lots of nice photos, and the stadium, such as it is. The club is showing as Lower Level, but I get the COMING SOON pic, when I've actually got two town pics and one stadium.

Long  story short, how can I create a fictional city (its a village) and add my photos to the club. It's the one thing keeping me from searching for (not found yet) a way of creating a city ID, and s stadium ID. Is this because I'm lower league? Would I have to wait/cheat/pray they make it to the National League North before they'd be assigned a `proper ID' so I can drop the filves in later?

I'm stuck, totally, and I've been doing this since the ARSE command was a thing. I've tried to set them with a stupidly high reputation and given them silly transfer budgets, purely in the hope they'll come up and I might have a club ID AND a stadium ID, to see if thats the reason.

Please some with far superior knowledge advise whether a new a new city, stadium and I could use my own at that stretch. 

Sorry for the convulted way of asking two oquestions but it's getting late zzz. Sorry to be a pain, I can change anything that's already there, but the City has no ID I doubt. And anyone who can point me in the diretion of an English league pyramid I'd be eternally grateful

Well the city picture has to be named club id and are not as such linked to the city, but the club. So you dont have to change city id, just find any picture and name it club id (90065338). But it is not enough to just put the picture in the folder, you have to add a line to the config file as well for the game to pick up the graphics.

The club does not have a stadium in FM22 and therefore no stadium id exists.

If you have a good picture of Pinxton (real) I can add it to the pack if you like.

Giving the club huge transfer budget or/and high reputation will not help get them promoted. The lower leagues teams will never be promoted as the lower league is not part of the promotion/relegation ladder.

Thank you. I've narrowed it down to to me not knowing how to add a line to the .xml file. I think I know where it is, it's in the folder of whatever I'm adding to the game. Makes total sense to go into the City, Pictures, Stadium Inside etc folderds and adding text.(ithe exact folder namesI need for the pics I've added.

With IDs on, Pinxton and the club both have different IDs, so I'd do it in the Cities on as well as the stadium one. Does that sound right? Sort of remember having to do the same to add a different Pride Park background for something dark I could read the text on. That only needed C and P as both already existed.

It looks like I've totally forgotten I've already asked this question and just asked the same thing elsewhere on this site. With no stadium ID, is it basically impossible? I can edit the .xml so the `city' background works perfect. Attached are the two photos I want to use (both taken by me so no worries about sharing them etc.

I actually have a Holiday save of FM2020 which has a Premier League containing Alfreton, Matlock, Mickleover Sports, Belper Town, Buxton, so it CAN be done, with time, by editting reputation, cash facilities etc. It reached about 2030 before they'd ALL made it to the ingame pyramid structure. It just takes a while for them to appear. But anyway, I digress. Stadium ID's is where I'm stuck.

Yes it is impossible, unless you use the editor and add a stadium to the club.

Well…. What you are describing is all teams that are part of a league/leagues that is part of the promotion/relegation ladder by default. Pinxton is placed in a “league” called “lower league” in the default database, so unless you are using a custom database they will never be promoted.

Try just deleting the folders you don't want, and see if that works for you. Otherwise there is a guide in the forum on this topic.

When you browse through stadiums, for some reason it shows you a mix of backgrounds and insides. I don't know what it's intented to look like, but I think it would be better if they were all of the same format? So either all backgrounds or all insides. 

Hello, is it possible to update Bayern Munich city view (seen in transfer and scouting screens). It´s quite a bad pic and would be great to see in good resolution (1920x1080)

I followed the instructions but the graphics still don't load. I'm using Tato's interface, any suggestions?

The skin don't support backgrounds. Simple solution is to use another skin.

Hello , i want to pick the team with id. 686659 (Apollon Thermou) . In megapack there is both city and stadium pick , but i cant see them in the game. Is there any solution for this ?

If you download and install the full torrent FM22 and the two lastest updates correct, then both the stadium and city picture will show 👍

The fact is that , i searched for the photos in the megapack and both city and stadium is there! But in the game doeasnt show up !

Ohh no i didnt , how do i update the config ? just passing the new config into the same file that the last config was?

just copy the config from the last update to the place where your current config is and “overwrite” the old one with the new one 👍
