In preparation for Domestic Women's leagues being added into FM, I have decided to start as they mean to go on and begin to add in some leagues. Obviously, it will be nothing like it is in future games as the graphics will still show male players. That's out with my control and something I can't really change. Also, another thing, and this is the first and last time I'm going to say the following: If you reply to this thread with derogatory or inappropriate comments about women's football/soccer, I will block you. Simple as. 🙂
This database will include players, staff, legends and correct information in terms of tournaments etc. It is a very large file. To minimize loading time, I will create a save which includes every nation and start unemployed, which will then be released as a download on here, as well as the actual editor file (should you wish to download that too!).
178 nations will include real players as far as possible (though may not include a domestic/professional league) , according to the FIFA Nation's rankings (https://www.fifa.com/fifa-world-ranking/women?dateId=ranking_20220325). All male players/staff have been erased from the DB unless they have a connection to the women's game (e.g. Phil Neville was England's Head Coach). I am also going to include a file which has fake youngers (name, nationality, PA & CA will all be randomized) to bolster the amount of players within the game.
I am creating nations by world rankings, but if you have a nation you'd like me to add, please let me know and I can add it to my list.
In the editor, I duplicated clubs and deleted the original so clubs won't have logos to begin with. I will be adding a graphics pack when I can.

Good luck, but I for one have no interest in lady football, the standard outside the top few teams is appalling, too many 10-0 wins even at a so called professional level.

si will thankfully include female football and if all goes well, remove male football altogether from the game in the future.

doubt that will happen but there should be a female only DB for those of us who want to use that - same as selecting which DB you want to use on game start and the all female one would have female generated regens etc
I agree with you on the current plight of the corporate financially doped male game its rotten to the core, and I couldnt care less which ‘elite’ club wins anything its a total joke

I appreciate your idea. Actually, I've been working on it by myself since FM 2018. Currently, I'm working on a save that includes most of the famous women's teams, leagues, and nations. It included leagues from FAWSL (England), La Liga (Spain), NWSL(USA) to WE League (Japan) and Mulan League (Taiwan). Maybe we could work together?
