Images like this are much too small to be worth cutting. The smallest cut-out face size is 180x180. This image is 172x293 from head to waist, so the area taken up by the face will probably be no more than 60-80 pixels in height, so it will need upscaling considerably to fit 180x180, which means any eventual cut will be blurry and pixellated.
Requesting images as small as this is a waste of time, basically.
Plus, there was already a good source image on the club's website: https://www.clermontfoot.com/membre/julien-astic/
