ALL Issues with premium membership post here[read the opening post before posting]

i became premium member yesterday but i cant download logo megapacks whats the problem?

For some reason your profile didn't update after your shop order - I manually marked your premium status as active so you should be able to download packs directly now 👍

I have Purchased the premium membership but it hasn't given me the benefits and keeps telling me to sign up and pay again. plz help

Hi I thought I cancelled my recurring subscription a while back but have noticed I didn't and have had a payment come out is there any chance of a refund please? @Footygamer 

Hey @Footygamer I set up my premium subscription but I only want it for this year. I paid as guest through PayPal and it says to contact sortitoutsi to cancel the recurring payment, so how can I do this?

FYI I am just checking forum and saw this I received no notification so something is wrong

as regards your order nothing shows on your account, so you will have to wait until footygamer can resolve this, I will link this in the staff room so he is aware

Just got the premium membership a bit more than an hour ago, and while it says it's active in “Shop Orders”, I can't access the premium downloads yet.
Can anyone help out?

I'm trying to sign up for the premium membership with PayPal but it doesn't work
I contacted my bank and PayPal, everything is fine
is there another way to pay ? 

 

I got charged twice on premium. on paypal @Footygamer
