This has been cut very recently @theo714, so though it's a really good source, it doesn't need to be cut again, as per the guidelines.
Not bad @Jerry Balderas but remember that the ideal cut only contains 2-3 pixels beneath the chin. Since in some sources, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
