I don't use AI applications, and I don't use image enlargement either. I use photoshop and inside there are several options to modify the lights, focus, etc. The previous photo of Ambroggio is from 3 years ago and in a really very bad quality

I agree, but the source image you provided has a bit of the head missing and is of equally poor quality.
