FM21 Saudi PIF Consortium Newcastle United (by nealwillo) 1.0.

All data completed and updated as if the Saudi-led Consortium have finally completed a takeover at Newcastle United. This also includes the data package - FM21 Realistic Newcastle United (by nealwillo) for a more authentic and realistic version of Newcastle United in Football Manager 2021.

Consortium data:
*Created and updated all board members for the takeover; Prince Mohammed bin Salman (owner), Bander bin Mogren (director), Yasir Al-Rumayyan (chairman), Jamie Reuben (director), Amanda Staveley (managing director), Rafa Benitez (director of football).
*Updated finances, sponsors, incomes, debts, and all other financial elements.
*Updated reflection of the club facilities and capabilities; training, youth coaching, youth facilities, youth recruitment, youth importance, corporate facilities.
*Enhanced Reputation for all clubs throughout the English football pyramid, if the consortium went ahead, it would have knock on effect for all clubs.
*Updated many other elements that the Consortium would effect throughout the database.
*An added gift... On 1/7/2020, a world-class player with bags of potential will be joining the club for a staggering £200,000,000.00, can you guess who it is? Either way... You will be saying "bonjour" soon enough!

I'm a long life Newcastle United supporter. I spend hours, days, weeks, months on the editor! I usually make the changes for my own personal use however, recently I thought I'd make them public for other people to enjoy! All the changes are based on educated estimations, and factual data. Please do not hesitate to post any further updates or requests. I'd also be more than happy to fix up other clubs on request. Enjoy!

Club & Player Data:
*A more accurate reflection on the club morale.
*Supporter profile; an educated estimation, using media reflections and social media.
*Updated missing data from the coaching staff, personal bios, job roles, contracts, relationships, and future plans.
*Updated missing data from the other staff, personal bios, job roles, current ability, potential ability, traits, contracts, relationships, and future plans.
*Updated players; missing data, personal bios, relationships, future plans, preferences, traits, positions, current ability, potential ability, contracts, loan data, future transfers, injuries, bans, and languages.
*Updated loan data.
*Updated captains.
*Updated player partnerships, based on playing duration, and relationships.
*Updated relationships.
*Updated club affiliations; Jarrow, Consett, Bishop Auckland, Whitley Bay, Ashington, Durham, North Shields, South Shields, Spennymoor, Blyth Spartans, Gateshead, Hartlepool, Carlisle, Kilmarnock, Atlanta United, Young Boys, Al-Hilal.

I have also done a general overview edit on some missing data for other clubs and players in the majority of leagues, and nations that were brought to my attention.

I recommend combining this editor data with "pr0's & friends" updates and "FMTU", they work perfectly together.

If you like this data pack, then check out my other packs (by nealwillo)!

ENJOY!

So basically you have edited them to be much better than real life, where they are a mid / lower table side that never won anything?

I have uploaded a realistic data file called FM21 Realistic Newcastle United (by nealwillo), which has an accurate reflection on the current status of the team, and the unfortunate struggles we are facing at the moment, so yes that file reflects a mid/lower table side that have not "never", but not won anything in a long, long time. This Consortium file is a scenario for players who want to build a team up with huge finances, and eventually challenge for the title (based on a authentic takeover attempt that didn't go through and is still currently being fought for). Feel free to check out the file 🙂

A club ruined by Mike Ashley, he is not a good owner for any club.
Always enjoyed the away games at st.James.

Can’t see any Saudi takeover, it needs local money men like John hall, unfortunately the PL has moved on too much, and is out of reach of most successful businessmen.

My team, Leeds, has seen enough shysters trying to make a quick buck, luckily now we have Italian money in a JV with the 49ers, for the first time in 20 years we are seeing stability, with major investment in the academy and facilities.

Try a file with the John Hall foundation taking over, investing in local NE talent?

Well, the positive news is that he is fighting tooth and nail to sell the club, so hopefully his tenure will end soon, and we can get on track with a more ambitious approach, we just want to compete and have a go in the cups, much like Leeds have set up! Now there is another big club, with a fantastic fan base, I'm a big fan of Leeds, it's a travesty how the club has been allowed to perish over the years! I'm buzzing over Bielsa ball though! Things are looking up for ya!

You're spot on about the PL moving on financially... Although, I think we are still in with chance of a revived takeover, that's the talk of the town, although a potential pipe-dream!

Sounds like a fun file, I might have to mock that up! Any Leeds files you want?! 😀

Hope it works out for you, It’s a shame how the north east clubs have struggled, I have family that are both Newcastle and Sunderland fans, now there is a rivalry, but with mutual appreciation.

Beware of Saudis, we had a Bahrain takeover that promised much, and asset stripped more.

Leeds are an interesting proposition in FM, do you try and stay in the league, push for top half or develop the strong academy?

An interersting scenario file would be where would Leeds have been without the financial meltdown, we were on the cusp of greatness, viduka, smith, kewell, wood gate, Harte, dacourt etc-all sold off. Could have been the start of big things

Yeah fingers crossed mate! Of course, I wouldn't wish a struggle on any club to be honest! I loved having a premier league rivalry with Sunderland, and it being a tough match! Been a long time since we've shared a division!

Hopefully, whoever takes us over, will invest in the city and the club, local talent etc. Here's hoping!

Ah! Yeah, I think Leeds could easily emulate Wolves, Everton, and Leicester in the next few years! I love the style of play, the last few results for you guys has been quite bizarre! Big shock from Crawley! In FM I'd deffo try and get in europe first season, can be done with the right tactics, if even slightly unrealistic! Concentrate on the academy and bring Haaland home! Would take a bit of finance though, and a decent reputation! (i feel an edit coming on, haha)!

That Leeds team was AWESOME! We stole Woodgate and Milner! Class players, loved em! We even had Viduka and Smith as time went on, under Allardyce! Big love for them players! My fav player was Lucas Radebe, and I've always had a soft spot for Brian Deane, when he joined you in, was it 2005 or 2006 in the champ?

Up the Leeds!

Up the Leeds!

We need to tighten the defence, our 3 first choice CB’s have been out for weeks, Koch, Lorente and Cooper, playing full backs there is only option we have, we also miss Phillips when not available.

Would love to see Milner back for 1 last season, he could still do a job, Haaland watches our games, often tweets to the players, his dad was a player.

Lucas was a legend, met him a few times, such a nice guy.

Brian Deane was 93-98 in PL (scored first ever PL goal, but for Sheffield Utd, he came back in 05 for a season in desperate times.

Asprilla was a great player for the Toon, we had him on trial before we sign Brolin 😕

Good game last night! We were better in the second half, but Leeds were more clinical! What a goal from Harrison!
