I have a question which is applicable to the Old Firm & Hearts (primarily as all 3 have entered a ‘B’ side in the Lowland.
Obviously the Lowland is not included in FM. As a result, the B Team is essentially useless/dormant.
Which approach to people take?
In previous years since this became an issue, I'd been arranging weekly friendlies for the B Team but a) I'm never sure how much they get from those and b) it's a ball-ache setting them all up.
I'm contemplating a new approach of essentially ‘folding’ the B Team - ie. sacking all the staff and basically operating with the first team & U18s only. With anyone who falls in between either being loaned out or released.
What do other people do?
