Hello, I am looking to make the following changes to my game via the editor but I cannot seem to work out how to do so without causing issues. Can anyone help please?

Increasing League Two relegation spots to 3, and National League promotion spots also
Changing Scottish League Two to have 2 relegated, and then ignore the Highland/Lowland play-off and promote the winners of both leagues
Giving Manchester City and Juventus points deductions
Reimplementing Russian teams in Europe, and the Russian national team in UEFA/FIFA
Changing the teams qualified for the Champions League, Europa League, and Europa Conference League

Any help is appreciated, I really wanna get these sorted before I start!
