These competitions are based off of the current format for 2023 and onward. The difference is that 42 Federations are involved (All CONCACAF members and Saint Barthélemy.
The perfect file for a build a nation save in the Central American or Caribbean Region. You have the chance to bring CONCACAF CLUB GLORY from Belize all the way to the US Virgin Islands.
NOTE: The registration is open (if you know the problem than I would appreciate it). These are “New” competitions so I don't know the effects yet for the FIFA Club World Cup.
ALL COMPETITIONS AND BASIC INFO:
- CFU CONFEDERATIONS CUP: 16 of the lowest ranked federations (Based off reputation of all federations) is seeded to start in a Round of 16 stage. After that the Quarter Final - Semi Final - Final. The winner qualifies for the CONCACAF Caribbean Cup.
- CONCACAF CARIBBEAN CUP: The Caribbean Federations are ranked based off reputation. The top gets 2 spots while the other 13 gets 1. The last spot is taken by the CFU Confederations Cup winner. 20 Teams divided into 4 groups of 5 teams. Then you have the Quarter Final - Semi Final - Final. The Finalists qualifies for the CONCACAF CHAMPIONS CUP.
- CONCACAF CENTRAL AMERICAN CUP: The Central American Federations are ranked based off reputation. The top 3 gets 3 spots, the next 3 gets 2 spots while the bottom federation gets 1 spot. The 16 teams gets divided into 4 groups of 4 teams. After that you get Quarter Final - Semi Final - Final. The Finalists qualifies for the CONCACAF CHAMPIONS CUP.
- CONCACAF CHAMPIONS CUP: Mexico and USA gets 3 automatic spots (Top 2 federations), Canada gets 2 automatic spots (3d placed federation), Costa Rica, Honduras, Panama and Guatemala gets 1 automatic spot (4th until 7th placed federations). They are joined by the Finalists of the CONCACAF CARIBBEAN CUP and CONCACAF CENTRAL AMERICAN CUP. 16 teams divided into 4 groups of 4 teams. Then you have the Quarter Final - Semi Final - Final.

Is it possiable to do 23.4 or just 23.3.\?

23.3, It shouldn't cause any problems with working. You could also load the file in your pre-game editor and verify it.

It's because CONCACAF has 41 members but not all of them gets to play. For example The Cayman Islands has been a member since 1992 and yet no club has ever participate in CONCACAF Club tournaments.

I've kinda given up on it because the dates (start of the tournaments, period of playing) are complicated. I also wonder if some of ya'll are interested in playing.
