i downloaded every face pack but they wont load in game i can only see some player faces the rest is just blanc and i tried everything but it won let me extract the files it says error but without explination and when i tried to download them it didnt do it automatically from this site i had to go to an other and wait like 3h for every file and it deosent even work can someone please help me

Start from scratch. Delete everything you've downloaded and installed. Download the torrent file for the cut-out facepack from here, and once downloaded, follow the installation instructions carefully and to the letter.

If you then still have issues, please make sure to provide a clear explanation (ideally with punctuation and screenshots), so that we can manage to understand what you've actually done at your end and how to help you resolve it 👍
