Can you add this to the database pls Chelsea, breaching FIFA rules  Transfer Ban. And Manchester City, 115 breaches in this pls

And yet the commission asserted everton had obtained no sporting advantage from their breach, nor was the breach intentional.

So good luck with that.

I fear for an old traditional club, the dubious owners etc, I suspect 777 are no better, their track record is not what the fans deserve

I'll certainly be curious to see what happens with City and Chelsea (don't think there's really any whispers of Wolves facing any charges).

So far as Everton are concerned I'd imagine there'll be a significant reduction in the (frankly ridiculous) deduction on appeal. 

Only positive is that the bottom 3 or 4 (before the deduction) are so bad that survival is still very much attainable.

Atmosphere vs Utd next weekend will be a sight to behold.

Looks like Leicester and Leeds have already instructed lawyers based on the Phillips decision

will be interesting how that pans out, the PL didn’t help Everton there

Good luck proving that their loss was down to an overspend of <£5m a season, which only happened due to building a new stadium, when the commission has already said there was no sporting advantage.

You… you don’t say!!!

 I didn’t say they don’t have the right to sue if they want to. But they’d have to prove direct causation of their loss. Which they will struggle to do since the committee stated that Everton gained no sporting advantage, and did not intentionally breach the threshold.

 relegation is a “real threat” if you think 2 of the (former) bottom 4 are going to have a massive uptick in form over the rest of the season. Everton were 8pts clear prior to the deduction. And that’s assuming the deduction doesn’t get reduced On appeal.

Hmm doesn't work for me. Can't choose english league when ticke. I have other data updates, its thqt the reason perhaps? Conflict?

I've installed this, But They've been deducted 20 points, 10 for Violation of budget rules and 10 for financial mismanagement. 

Hopefully a view of what is to come plus several legal challenges from the clubs that were cheated

I think the update the other day may have hard coded the -10 deduction. To test if it has, load a new game without the editor file. If it is only -10 then that will be why. It means you won't need to use the editor file anymore.

It has been reduced on appeal to 6. Another -10 might be coming, along with Forest.

Any chance of a new one with the 6 points? 😬
