Central european Newgan ultra realistic not working

I've downloaded the ultra realistic newgan face pack and some some reason none of the central European faces are working? is this a known issue? has anyone else had this issue? Im not sure if its to do with the capital e in European. As I know italmed had some issues with the m being capital. If anyone could let me know of a fix that would be highly appreciated. Also all other countrys work perfectly fine and i am using newgan manager. cheers
