Nordic Challenge

I decided to load up a Nordic database, with all leagues in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Iceland loaded, playable and on custom.
In the 4th tier of Swedish football, I decided Skellefteå FF was the team I wanted to be; they are one of 2 in Division 2 (which is split into 6 region) that possess 'basic' instead of 'minimal' or 'no' youth facilities... I simply picked these because they were better.
Aim of the challenge, try and work my way up so I win the Icelandic, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish and Danish top leagues and cups, and eventually win a Champions League title.
