Work is winding me up already today, customers need to chill the fuck out about the free lego toys with the Daily Mail, I can't believe how arsey they get when we tell them we had none of the ones from the weekend left, maybe you should of got of your fat mail reading arses earlier rather than strolling in two days late demanding a free bit of plastic as if it was your birth right. Then we get people buying five of the papers, ripping all the vouchers out at the till whilst we have a que then saying they don't want the papers, just the toys, so we're stuck with five papers we can't actually sell.
Then I got some other knob leaning on the counter whilst glaring at me, raving at the fact that our cheapest e-reader is currently out of stock, accusing me and the company of a conspiracy to make him spend more on a more expensive model.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, serving customers is defiantly the worse part of customer service.

Had a customer who claimed that she'd reserved 2 books from the Divergent series, couldn't stop complaining about how she'd come 4 times in the past month and threatening to complain to the higher-ups. Even argued that she should be given copies that were reserved for other customers.
Turns out she managed to buy the wrong book as well, and she wants an exchange.

Oh and fuck the Divergent series.

It's only Tuesday. We've had our normally quiet days of the week and already I'm stressed to shit and cba.

My supervisor is such a cock. Soz to be all whiny and stuff but whatever. Anyone ever been in a situation where everyone literally respects you more than the supervisor on your shift? Cos that's happening with me, and the supervisor hates me for it. And as a result tries to make my job proper hard.
