What does signing Torres permanantly have to do with Cerdi's refusal to move to Milan?

What are you even on about? Cerci is moving to Milan, it's basically been confirmed by the player himself- with his excitement about his impending medical. Without Torres, this deal wouldn't have happened though because there would have been no bargaining chip to offer Atletico. In essence, it's all effectively a simple player swap/trade.

He's not the loyalest player ever considering the amount of transfer requests to get wage rises he's got but I don't know of any player that would have done any differently.

One of the best midfielders in the world in his prime, though.

Transfer request for a wage rise? Only situation I remember is the Chelsea one, don't think he actually did put a request in, was more to do with the fact we were shit
