Hi, im very sorry for writting you for this, but why you disabled the loan of Joaquin Torres from Philadelphia to Universidad Católica?, Im a huge supporter UC and he still playing for us, there has been rumors that maybe he is coming back to Philadelphia but still only rumours, he played a match for Católica 2 days ago.

I'm afraid I can't remember why I disabled this, I think possibly I thought the transfer had already occurred in the 24.4 update and the submission wasn't needed anymore. I've renabled it now.
