@Allister Bernard, the image you have provided is not the best. Can you not upload a higher quality image of yourself? Even a selfie in front of a wall would do. The bigger and sharper, the better 👍

@Allister Bernard, we've already told you several times what we're looking for in our requests, in addition to them being explained clearly on the page where you upload them. If you keep ignoring them, they'll keep getting rejected.
@Allister Bernard, we prefer our cuts not to have caps whenever possible. Would it be possible to provide us with a photo without it please? Even a selfie on a clear background would do.
