@Diego Tamayo, all of these aren't bad cuts, but there's a little work to be done on every one of them before they can be added into the megapack. For a start, this thread includes all the guidelines relating to what we look for in our cuts, as well as video tutorials of how all the techniques can be achieved, so do have a look at it before making any other cuts.
For example, none of your cuts are in the correct dimensions (i.e. either 180x180 or 250x250, and not something in between). It's also important that cuts are cropped close to the chin, leaving no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Some of your cuts, like this one, have a lot more area beneath the chin than we aim for. We also require all cuts to have a little bit of collar showing. In cases where the collar is lower than the 2-3 pixels recommended above, like this cut, there is a short video in the above thread showing how you can lasso it upwards to quickly and easily satisfy this requirement.
Furthermore, for images like this where the person is tilted to one side, it's important that the source is rotated before being cropped so that it's completely upright.
Please fix your cuts so that they can be added to the megapack ๐
I discovered the fm 21 game this month and yesterday I saw this to collaborate with faces, I have the official photos of most of the Colombian teams so I think I can help a lot, I will do what you told me to make them perfect.

Fantastic - looking forward to that. As you are still starting, I recommend posting your initial draft cuts in the tutorial thread so that we can give you feedback if needed.
This way, you will avoid having to redo multiple cuts because you can keep the feedback in mind when doing other cuts ๐
One more thing, if you intend to upload loads of images, save both yourself and me some time and do so as a pack not one-by-one ๐ Here's a video on how to do so:

I uploaded a pack with many members of Millonarios FC with the instructions you gave me to see how it turned out, it's called Colombia - Millonarios FC

When you upload a pack, it's important that images are saved as the person's UID so that they can be easily added to the megapack. I'll sort these out myself but please make sure to do so yourself in the future.
The cuts are better, but this one still hasn't been rotated before being cropped (watch this video to see how to resolve this before cutting) and there are still a few images (like this one and this one) where the gap between the chin and the bottom of the canvas is too big. It should be 2-3 pixels and not much more.
I don't know what technique you're using, but if you're using remove.bg with large sources, remember to crop the source image to an area around the face before using the tool, otherwise the source will lose sharpness and you'll need to upscale the final cut, thus losing image quality (watch this video). This might be what happened in some of the images (like this one and this one) where you can notice the slight lack of sharpness due to a small resolution image being upscaled.
Good work, but it's best you ask for feedback with some images before uploading full packs for the time being, so that these minor issues can be resolved and any future cuts be as good as can be ๐
