@Aidan Fudge, I'm afraid most of these aren't improvements. 

Have a look at this thread for the guidelines for what cuts are to look like, as well as tutorials on how this can be achieved.

Just because an image is more recent doesn't mean it's automatically an improvement, we also look at the quality of the cut. We want our cuts to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and beneath the chin, all cuts to have collar, cuts are to look directly at the camera wherever possible and in cases where there already is a cut-out in the megapack, we want the new cut to be of a similar or ideally superior quality.

I'll have a look at them all anyway just in case some are good enough to be added, but at first glance, I suspect not.
