Not bad @GodinesBr1 but cut-outs should be in 250x250. The only exception is if the source is not very good, in which case they should be in 180x180.

Moreover, all cuts should include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

The below is a small video showing an easy method to nudge collars upwards so that this can be rectified:
