Cuts should have no more than 2-3 pixels above the head and below the chin. Anything else is simply excessive @BeyazRuh59 

A lot of these people already have recent and quality cuts in the megapack too. We don't look for what is necessarily the most recent image, but the one with the most quality. When choosing a source image to cut, do keep this in mind and consider whether the current cut needs replacing, because you might well be spending your time and ours on an image which will not be added to the megapack anyway - so do keep this in mind so you can use your time as productively as possible 👍
