@imnotgoodatfifa, you don't seem to have used remove.bg and the edges are somewhat jagged as a result. You don't seem to have read the thread with guidelines either because you'd have seen that cuts are to have no more than 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, and the collar nudged upwards if necessary.
If you want to make other cuts, please take the time to read and follow the guidelines because they're intended to ensure that cuts are of the highest possible quality 😉

@imnotgoodatfifa, I'm afraid this isn't as good a cut as the source can produce. Apart from the fact that the cut is the wrong dimensions, it also doesn't have a collar and the edges aren't very smooth.
I recommend having a look at the guidelines in this thread as well as the various tutorials available for the respective guidance, particularly the below video on how you can quickly produce quality cuts for free using the online tools remove.bg (to remove the background) and photopea.com (which is very similar to Photoshop and is very easy to use):
