It's a good cut @janedwinssen, but cut-outs look much better in-game if they're fully upright instead of tilted to one side, especially if it's by this much. In cases like this, it's important to rotate the source before cropping the image. Here's a quick explanation of what we mean, with the difference that it's likely to be 10-15 degrees anti-clockwise for this particular image:

yep, that's what I allways try to do. In this case the source I got did not allow me to get his eyes in a horizontal line

I don't understand what you mean - was this the source you used? I was able to rotate it in Photoshop by 10 degrees counter-clockwise which would have looked much better. Anyway, I requested a front-facing source that I think would make for a better cutout.
