@gdansk89, crop images 2-3 pixels beneath the chin, not above it. Moreover, please remember that all cuts must include a collar.
Since in some sources, like presumably this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally. Here's a technique of how this can be accomplished quite easily:
Finally remember that cuts should ideally be in 250x250 if the source is good enough, and only in 180x180 if it isn't.
