@td_1985, we've spoken about this in the past, but please keep in mind that there's no point in uploading sources like this one, or ones of similar low quality, because they're just a mass of unrecognizable pixels. Also, please avoid uploading images of people looking completely to the side, like this one for example. I appreciate that better sources might not be available for such obscure players, but in that case, it's preferable that there are no images rather than these kind of cuts.
Finally, cuts like this one which are tilted to one side should be rotated before being cropped, so that the final cut is upright.
