@imagineTK You've squashed the image dimensions so his face is way too wide. Take care to avoid doing this - when you're resizing an image, (depending on your software) there might be a “constrain proportions” or “maintain aspect ratio” checkbox, or holding the Shift key when resizing might affect it.

One other thing to note, is that if the player's head is at a slight angle, it's better to rotate it so that the eyes are (more or less) horizontal. If you can't do it in Photopea or another image editor, then a site like this might help. RT7's edit of your Jordan Zirkzee cutout (and the rotated source images they posted in other comments) demonstrates what I mean.
