@Jrpmaestro, not a bad cut, but there are a couple of things you need to keep in mind for all future cuts:

a) For sources like this which are tilted to one side, it is recommended that you rotate your source before cropping it. It'll look much better in-game if it is fully upright. This is how to address this it:

b) Keep in mind every cut must include a collar, while the image is to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels beneath it. Since in some sources, like the one from which this image was cut, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual or the collar is lower down, the above would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.
