Yes it can (tnx for the source,mate),and around 15 better sources can be found,but as long original requester don't post it it will be rejected.This is not the first time that specific requester making this kind of requests (wich is obviously not even close to be an improvement).He is got to start respecting rules,and got to learn how to make good request.

I had made it available again for cutting, but I hadn't noticed the requester, so I fully agree with Baja's approach

We all want a better megapack, but if somebody is posting a request, it is up to him to find the best possible source(s) not up to the community to do so. While I am more than willing to close an eye when it is a new member who may genuinely not have understood how our request system works (and I am endlessly patient with such people), that excuse wears very thin when the user has been around for quite a while and has been repeatedly told how to make better requests
