Mainz' SI cutouts included in FM19 can be found here (just be aware a lot of SI's cutouts have snow/visual artefacts and need cleaning up, and often lack collars so the necks can look weird)
You can find high resolution images of the players on Getty images and following this instructions, or by searching google with the Size and Time options under 'Tools' as well as Search By Image for larger sizes of the same picture
Here's his SI cutout; although the cutout Baja uploaded is good it's out of date (from 2015 preseason) @mons
