The source image (and the resulting cutout) is quite grainy which doesn't look so good. I reduced the image size a bit which should be less grainy, try from this source
Good work, but it would look a bit better if you had rotated it 2 degrees clockwise before cropping, and cropped it slightly closer to the chin
