@NFincher - this isn't necessarily a bad cutout (and I believe the source image you cut is more recent than the megapack cutout), but I'm not sure if it's really an improvement - the source image was already badly precut and pasted on a new background, and as a result the edges are lacking detail.
Additionally, all cutouts should include some of the collar. @mons made a video guide to explain how to move the collar up in cases where the player has a long neck like this one:

Since you're still starting out, what I would suggest for the time being is that, for any image that you do, you post both the source and your cut in the tutorial thread so that we can give you feedback on your work, in order that you keep improving your technique 🙂
