It's not your fault the source is terrible, and I appreciate that finding images for people that obscure is difficult. But even once I added auto-contrast, tweaked it a bit and reduced it to 180x180, it's still a pixellated, blurry mess which is barely recognisable.
I appreciate your zeal, but it's better to have no cut than to have a poor one, irrespective of what team, country and division the person is from. And, as you've been asked already a few times before, when a source is that poor, please don't upload the eventual cut as 250x250.
Edit: that's probably on the brink of being good enough, on a second look, actually.
